Our scores can be out of date or wrong. They are research to help you decide what to make, and they don't promise any views, subscribers or income.
Don't share your sign-in, copy or resell our data or lessons, scrape the tools, or use them in a way that breaks the law or YouTube's rules. We can remove your access if you do.
Your paid coaching is covered by what we agreed when you signed up. These terms don't change that, including any guarantee in your offer.
Videos, thumbnails, titles and channel names belong to their creators and YouTube. Our software, lessons and reviews are ours.
We provide the tools as they are, with no warranty, to the extent the law allows. We aren't responsible for indirect losses from using them, such as lost income or a video that underperforms.
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. If you keep using the tools after that, you accept the new terms. The laws of the state where Ty Myers Media LLC is registered govern these terms.
