Ty Myers Media LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates the Momentum Builder website and booking system. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Information We Collect

When you book a free clarity call, we collect:

Your name and email address
Your YouTube channel link
Your answers to the booking questionnaire (time commitment, current situation, channel type, readiness level, challenges, goals, and financial readiness)
Your selected date and time

How We Use Your Information

Schedule your call — we create a Google Calendar event and send you a calendar invite with a Google Meet link
Prepare for your call — your questionnaire answers help us understand your channel and goals so we can make the call as useful as possible
Follow up — we may email you about your upcoming call or the Momentum Builder program

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Cloudflare — our website hosting and database (Cloudflare Pages and D1)
Google Calendar — your booking is created as a calendar event via a secure service account

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. GA4 collects anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, time on site, and device type. It does not collect your name, email, or other personal information.

Third-Party Services

Our website includes a testimonial widget by Senja, which may set its own cookies. Their use of cookies is governed by Senja's privacy policy.

Data Retention

We keep your booking and questionnaire data for the duration of our coaching relationship. If you'd like your data deleted at any time, email us and we'll remove it within 30 days.
