Ty Myers Media LLC ("we," "us," "our") runs the Momentum Builder website and booking system, the Ty Myers Media Outlier Database and the Hook Workshop. This policy explains what information we collect, why, who sees it and how long we keep it. Bulk Edit has its own privacy policy.
When you book a free call, we collect:
We use this to schedule your call, prepare for it and email you about your call or the Momentum Builder program. Your booking is stored in Cloudflare and created as a Google Calendar event with a Google Meet link.
Our tools use YouTube API Services. By using them, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is explained in the Google Privacy Policy.
We collect public information about public videos and channels:
We read this data with an API key. We don't get access to anyone's YouTube account, private videos, analytics or viewer information. If you give us your channel link, we look up that channel's public information.
How we use it. We compare each video with the channel's usual views, tag videos by topic and format, and review how videos open. We use the results to coach clients, to show clients videos on their topics, and to teach in the public Hook Workshop.
Our numbers aren't YouTube's. Outlier multiples, "usual" figures, tiers and tags are calculated by Ty Myers Media from public YouTube numbers. They don't come from YouTube.
Who sees it. Coaching clients see results on their topics, and anyone can see the examples in the Hook Workshop. These providers handle it for us:
How long we keep it.
Creators. If your channel appears in our tools and you want it removed, email [email protected] and we'll remove it from our tools within 30 days.
The Outlier Database and Coaching Workspaces sit behind sign-in. We use Google to confirm who you are, which gives us your name, email address and profile picture. It gives us no access to your YouTube account. You can remove that access on your Google security settings page.
For coaching clients, we also keep your name, your channel and the topics we research for you. We keep them while you're coaching with us and remove them if you ask.
If we give you a personal Hook Workshop link, we also record which lessons you finished, how far you got and which examples you opened, so we can coach you. Your drafts and quiz answers stay on your device.
We store information on your device in these ways:
Our tools show video thumbnails and players served by YouTube, and YouTube may set its own cookies when you play a video. We don't show ads.
You can ask to see what personal data we have about you, correct it or delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll remove your data within 30 days. We keep booking and questionnaire data for the length of our coaching relationship unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
We don't sell your personal information or the YouTube data we collect, and we don't share either with others for their marketing or advertising.
